4. Решение проблем на стороне  клиента часто решается удалением или переименованием всего из каталога C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution и запуском wuauclt /detectnow /resetauthorization:

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
rename c:\windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
net start wuauserv
net start bits

wuauclt /detectnow /resetauthorization
